At Lundgren's today I installed my new 4-2-1 DC Ceramic coated headers. Man are they nice! Even Lundgren was drooling!!!!!! Most of the bolts came off pretty easy. One of the main bolts up top we found out was broken off, so I don't have a tight seal, so I'll have to get that fixed. The noise is gone from the wonderful cracked Acura manifold. We drove with the radio off tonight just to listen to the hum : ). The installation went alright. It only took 3.5 hours for our first time of installing headers. We didn't really notice a change in the sound of the engine, however, I do have an Akimoto Intake system and a RSR exhaust so the noise difference was not that noticable. But the power was there. Even the wife noticed the increase in power.

Have fun with the headers. Make sure you properly torqued the nuts to 24 ft./lbs and check it again in about 500 miles. I had a nut back out on me and it blew the exhaust manifold gasket. Not fun when you are already late for work.

Thanks Marc for the tip about torqueing the nuts I will have to do that we just tighted them down as much as we could.
    Thanks
